  1. John,
Listened to your show yesterday with Dan Barker. I am Episcopal priest recently retired. Currently going back and forth between Western North Carolina and Tennessee as an interim, but a priest in diocese of Wyoming. I am a very progressive Christian, very involved in last parish with Wyoming Equality etc. Very disappointing broadcast. Barker misunderstood Bishop Spong, treating him as icon instead of thinker. I often listen to your show but don’t get why you interview former fundamentalist preacher turned fundamentalist atheist rather than the deep bench of genuine, serious progressive religious scholars

    1. I think you will find in the over 200 episodes that I have interviewed many serious progressive religious scholars and will continue to do so. Thanks for listening and your feedback!
