Philip Kraske, author 11/9 And the Terrorist Who Loved Bonsai Trees, returns to discuss his latest novella, A Legacy of Chains, about POWs who after 40 years in Vietnam return to a less than hospitable welcome. His novel exposes the hypocrisy of U.S. presidential, congressional, and military leadership who dismissed and covered up evidence that hundreds of American soldiers were left behind in Vietnam. He is also author of On U.S. POWs Abandoned in Vietnam.
